Pricing Policy
- Prices and items are subject to change without notice. Gifts2LovingU.com reserves the right to limit purchase quantities and to discontinue items. Gifts2LovingU.com is not responsible for, and will not honor, printing or typographical errors.
- If there are any pricing discrepancies, you will be notified before your order is processed.
- Shipping fee does not include VAT and any customs / import duties.
Product Availability
- Gifts2LovingU.com does not stock every item listed in our on-line catalog. There may be times when certain items may be out of stock.
- Backordered items will be delivered as soon as they come in.
- Customers may cancel backordered item
Shipping Time
All order are shipped within 1-2 business days when your order is placed, most usually ship the same day. We Do Not accept order ship to PO Boxes.
a) Within Malaysia :
Order will be shipped out via Delivery Standard or Express Shipping (Poslaju) You can expect to receive your order within 1-2 working days, depending on your delivery destinations. NO resend service provided, you have to collect your parcel from particular post office.
b) International Order:
Order will be shipped out via Delivery Standard Shipping, Express Mail Service (EMS), Postal Parcel Service, or any of your preferred shipping methods (subject to shipping charge based on weight and destination)
or Best Shipped via Federal Express Co (FedEx) courier service. As FedEx provides tracker numbers all the way, we would recommend to use their services. To keep the shipping charges low, we are absorbing fuel surcharge imposed by the carriers. It may need 5-7 working days. We will send you the tracking number by email, you can always check the status of the delivery from the following web site: -

If there is a problem filling an order due to inventory problems, you will be contacted via email within further information concerning your order. Our business working days are from Monday to Friday (9:30am-5:30pm).
Returns & Refunds
We take pride in our products and will guarantee your 100% satisfaction on them. Should you receive any product that you are not totally satisfied with or that being damaged during shipment please notify us by email and obtain a return authorization number within 7 days of receipt of such product. If you wish to return an item or have any questions about our return procedure, please do not hesitate to contact us.
1. Applicable for refund:
- Deliver wrong products: Products are different in sizes, colors and styles from what you ordered.
- Products with prominent quality problems
- Returning deadline: Malaysia Customer please return within 3 days / International Customer please return within 1 week. Overdue returns will not be processed.
2. Not applicable for product returns:
- We DO NOT accept subjective reasons for returns: (Not good looking, changing mind, do not like the color, color difference, not comfortable to wear, not as pretty as expected, too transparent, too large or too small...) and Product that are unpacked, washed and worn.
- We DO NOT exchange items unless they are defective, damaged, discoloration, oxidation, breakage and scratches on surface.
- We DO NOT be exchanged item was subjected to modification, attempted repair or unreasonable misused.
- We DO NOT accept returns for all discounted, promotion and sales merchandise.
- Please DO NOT complain to us about wanting to return the item you purchased because you do not like the color, size, style, pattern or quality.
- You are NOT allowed to exchange size, color or style after the auction ended.
- We will NOT reimburse shipping costs for returned items.
- Seller will NOT hold any responsibilities due to mistake(s) by buyer/bidder (wrong mailing address) & courier service (item/s missing or damage).
- While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the color of our products that appear on the Site, the actual color you see will depend on your monitor. We can not guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
- If the exchange or replace merchant is out of stock, buyer could request by other lower, equivalent or higher selling price merchants where shortage amount will be refund or excess amount has to be to up by buyer.
- In the case of exchange or replacement, buyer has to contact us within 2 working days from the day informed.
- Shipping charges for the forwarding and returning of the said product are not refundable.
Important:
Please include your packing slip with the items you are returning, wrap the package securely, ensure that the parcel is clearly written as a return item and ship it back to the correct address.
Please use either standard or normal registered post to ship your items back to us. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be entertained. Email us, and we will inform you where to send back the item.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned items. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return.
* Excludes all shipping and handling fee. Items must be sent back to us (shipping borne by you) for a refund or exchange on your items. We only refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
** Your refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management
